Preparation
Recommended Power: 60
Equipment Recommendations:
- You will have to deal with some particularly troublesome Hive Wizards. Solar-based weapons are recommended.
- There will be a couple of Shrieker turrets to eliminate. Bring a solid long-range weapon.
Walkthrough
The first order of business will be to collect six components needed for a Hive disruptor. Find the nearest group of Fallen and wipe them out. They should drop the items you need.
Once you have all six, follow your objective marker into Tidal Anchor. You will have to find a particular group of Hive Wizards, but to do so, you will have to take a long trek through Hive territory.
Fighting your way through Tidal Anchor, you will come across a wide variety of foes. Deal with them as you see fit and keep following the objective marker. Keep in mind that when you reach the exterior of this Sector, you will be severely limited in terms of mobility. Keep your eyes peeled for any cover you can use if a firefight breaks out.
Just before you reach the end of this sightseeing tour, you will have to perform some dangerous jumps. Take your time and don't rush it. Your objective marker will lead you to Tower 2 where you will have plant the Hive disruptor. Then, make sure you're prepared for a lengthy fight and shoot the disruptor.
Once the disruptor is shot, Tidal Anchor will become a Restricted Zone and three named Wizards will spawn. Two of them will be invulnerable to damage, so indicate which one is not as fast as possible and focus on it. When it drops, one of the remaining two will lose its invulnerability. Kill all three Wizards in the required order and prepare to fend off Thralls and Acolytes.
Once the lesser enemies are down, two more Wizards will spawn. Again, deal with them in the required order. Once you do, another wave of regular enemies will assault your position. This time, the fight will be a bit tougher and there will be some Knights to take out as well. Make use of whatever cover you can find and be light on your feet and you shouldn't find it too difficult.
Clearing the area will spawn in the final Wizard you have to defeat - Zethes. He can take huge amounts of punishment, so give it your best. This is the final encounter of the Adventure, so do not hesitate to use a Super, grenades, and whatever else you have at your disposal.
Eliminating Zethes will complete the Adventure.
